We make available Mobile Applications to access the Website via a mobile device. You acknowledge that these Terms are between You and Us only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc. Your use must comply with the respective App Store and Google Play Terms of Service.

Each Subscription and the rights and privileges provided to each Subscriber are personal and non-transferable. All payments of Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise explicitly stated herein.

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to Your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate Your access if Your payment is late or Your offered payment method cannot be processed.

12. ARBITRATION & JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be heard in the courts located in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France. Foreign laws do not apply. Any Refusal to comply with an order of the arbitrators will result in liability for costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.
