                IMPORTANT NOTICE: DEPENDING ON THE BILLING OPTION YOU CHOOSE, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON EACH MONTHLY OR YEARLY ANNIVERSARY. YOU MAY CANCEL OR DOWNGRADE AT ANY TIME WITHIN THE SERVICE DASHBOARD.
            

5. PAYMENTS

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to Your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate Your access if Your payment is late or Your offered payment method cannot be processed.

Third-Party Site Integration: SocialFormula uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube Content within Our Services, You are agreeing to be bound to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service: (i) In a manner that violates any statute, regulation, or law; (ii) To stalk, harass, or harm another individual; (iii) To use any data mining, robots, or similar gathering methods; (iv) To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THIS SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THEIR QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE IS WITH YOU. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY).

12. ARBITRATION & JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be heard in the courts located in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France. Foreign laws do not apply. Any Refusal to comply with an order of the arbitrators will result in liability for costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.
